"Charlie Brown" 03-04-1992 - 31-12-2004 Born on the 3rd April 1992 "Charlie" started his show career with a "bang" by winning BEST PUPPY IN SHOW at the Trent Boxer Club Championship Show when he was just 6 months old on the day (although he was born in the evening!!). His first C.C arrived at the "Northern Boxer Club Championship Show". As he was just 12 months and 1 day old we entered him in the "Maiden Dog Class" and you can imagine our surprise and delight when, afer winning his class, he went on to take BEST DOG and his first C.C. He gained his title at S.K.C. when he was just 16 months old. He was a slow maturing dog and not ready for the Open Class with the much older boys so he was shown sparingly for a while. Later when he was ready to compete in the Top Class, we had Bittersweet, Lucy Locket, Starlite Express and Evita, all with C.Cs. so poor Charlie had to take a bit of a back seat. After "resting" for a year in 1997 we decided to take him to "CRUFTS" where he went "BEST OF BREED". He was in the last 10 in the group, which was then WORKING AND PASTORAL (a very large group) We were thrilled, it was a wonderful day and we thought it would be nice for him to finished his career on a HIGH. Charlie was a very prepotent sire and produced many Champions. His last litter, sired at the age of almost 12 years old produced "Champion Roamaro Razzle Dazzle at Walkon". He passed on his excellent qualities and wonderful temperament. Charlie died on "New Years Eve" 2004 at the age of 12 years and 9 months. He was a great old boy to live with, a true gentleman in every way. We are so proud to have owned and bred him and shared his wonderful life. YOU WERE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN Pedigree
